Prime Gibraltar has analysed every aspect of our business to eliminate all negative impacts where possible, and minimise those we can’t totally get rid of. We call this radical environmentalism. Check out the steps we’ve taken towards true sustainability below.
PLASTIC FREE
We never add plastic bags/labels to your order, other than the product’s own packaging. If our supplier uses plastic, we recycle it.
NEAR-PAPERLESS
We send all receipts via email and do all our accounting digitally. If we ever need to print, we use 100% recycled paper.
RENEWABLE ENERGY
Our website runs on 100% solar powered servers. We commit to deploy solar panels on our roof when we establish a warehouse.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES
All our international shipments are processed by couriers that use electric vehicles, to reduce emissions.
CARBON FOOTPRINTING
We have our carbon footprint professionally measured to UN standards to monitor our impact on climate change.
MINIMAL PACKAGING
We consolidate multiple orders into single parcels, reducing the amount of packaging + emissions needed to ship your items.
BIODEGRADABLE BAGS
We encourage you to use your own bag to collect your item, but if you request one we will only provide 100% recyclable and biodegradable paper bags.
TREE PLANTING
We donate to WWF reforestation programs in the Amazon Rainforest to neutralize the carbon emissions of every single delivery.
GREEN PRODUCTS
We commit to never knowingly sell animal fur products on our store, and promise to include vegan and sustainable items in our sales regularly.
