We believe in having clear and transparent terms and conditions. That way, you can understand exactly how you can (and can’t) use our services – no nasty surprises. Below you can find our Fair Usage Policy which details the restrictions of PRIME Unlimited memberships. We’ve done our best to write it in plain English, but if anything is unclear you can contact us here for advice.

  • You must meet the UK minimum order requirement of any store you want to buy from. Here’s a list of minimum spending requirements for each shop. For example, if you want to order from New Look, you will see that their website states that orders over £25 qualify for free delivery in the UK. This means you would need to spend at least £25 to get free delivery to Gibraltar, too.
  • For orders from Amazon UK, we can only deliver items marked as eligible for Amazon Prime. You can check this by opening your product’s page and checking whether the tick and the word ‘prime’ is next to the product price. When searching for products, check the ‘Prime’ filter.
  • We cannot deliver items that weigh more than 10kg. If you think your item might exceed this limit, contact us before ordering.
  • We cannot deliver items larger than 50cm on their longest side (including packaging). If you think your item might exceed this limit, contact us before ordering.
  • We cannot deliver any item prohibited by Gibraltar’s laws or considered to be ‘dangerous goods’ by Gibraltar customs or UK customs.
  • Unlimited free delivery on technology/electronics applies to the following electronics:
    • Mobile phones and tablets;
    • Laptops;
    • Memory cards and pendrives;
    • Headphones;
    • Bluetooth/wireless speakers;
    • Cameras;
    • Phone chargers and USB cables;
    • Smart home devices and smart watches;
    • Alexa and Kindle devices.
  • Free delivery on technology unfortunately does NOT apply to the following goods for insurance and/or safety reasons:
    • TVs and monitors;
    • Desktop PCs;
    • Individual computer components;
    • Battery packs and power banks;
    • Kitchen appliances;
    • Industrial equipment;
    • Power tools.
  • All items not covered by our ‘unlimited free shipping’ policy or our 99p/item policy incur a delivery fee of £2.99 per kg of weight (for PRIME Unlimited members) or £3.50 per kg for non-members;
  • We offer standard shipping insurance on all orders to protect your items in case they get lost in the post. However, please note that the following items can be delivered to Gibraltar but are NOT covered by insurance because of restrictions set by our courier:
    • Mobiles;
    • Laptops;
    • Jewellery;
    • Items containing glass.
  • PRIME Unlimited accounts are for personal use only and cannot be used for businesses, commercial events or resale purposes. We reserve the right to terminate any account that we consider to be breaking this rule.
  • Accounts are strictly to be used by a single household and cannot be shared with other households. We reserve the right to terminate any account that we consider to be breaking this rule.
  • We reserve the right to impose a surcharge of up to £1.99 per item for the following (if ordered 3 times or more in a single month):
    • Shoes valued at under £50;
    • Bags valued at under £40;
    • Clothing items priced at £5 or less;
    • Box sets containing 3 or more books.
  • Unless otherwise stated on the stores page, our offer for free delivery is from the UK versions of websites. However, in certain cases, we have partnered with the European/Spanish branches of brands where it was not possible to offer delivery from the UK versions. Currently, you must shop on the EU/Spanish websites of the following brands: The Disney Store (Spain), H&M (Spain), Lacoste (Spain), Ralph Lauren (Spain), Miss Selfridge (EU) and Urban Outfitters (EU). For all other brands, please use the brand’s UK website.
